    Sitesfy provides AI-powered website analysis and diagnosis tools that help small and medium-sized businesses identify conversion issues, messaging gaps, and optimization opportunities on their websites. The Service scans publicly accessible web pages and generates diagnostic reports.

    3. User Accounts

    • You may use certain features without creating an account. Some features require registration.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

    • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that analysis results will be error-free, complete, or lead to specific business outcomes. AI-generated recommendations are advisory in nature and should be evaluated with professional judgment.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
